Subscriptions - How do I change my frequency?

To change your subscription frequency, you must first log into the subscription portal. 

From there, once in your portal you will be able to see your subscription and an ACTION BOARD below the subscription product that is set up and you wish to amend

From there, click where it says EDIT FREQUENCY.

You can choose your frequency by days, weeks, or months. 

Once you have selected the frequency you want, click on the "Apply" button.

As a reminder, it is not possible to manage your subscription on our app, and it is easier to do it on the Desktop version of our website.
