How do I refer a friend?

There are two ways of referring a friend. One through the widget and another through the rewards page. You'll find information on both below: 

In the bottom left corner, you will see a widget entitled “Loyalty Points”

 

Click on the widget and a pop-up should open 

From there, click on the "Log in" button. 

Once you have logged into your account, your balance should appear on the widget, like this: 

Click on the widget again, and your pop-up should look different, and you should be able to see the option "Refer a friend" on the left side menu. 

Once you click on this option, you'll be given ways of sharing your referral: 

Choose the one you prefer and spread the bamboo love! 

Here is the second option. From any page of the website, click on the button "Rewards" in the top right corner (before "Account" and "Cart"): 

If you are not yet logged in, this is what you'll see: 

Please click on Log in and input your details. The page should then update to something like this: 

Scroll down on that page until you see this part: 

Click on "Complete activity" and a new pop-up will show up, and you'll be able to refer a friend there!
