Order Issues - My order has not arrived

Orders generally take 48 hours to arrive (in the UK, one week for the USA and Germany), you can track your parcel via the 'Order Status' on your account.

If your order has been fulfilled (shipped) but has not arrived after 7 days (for UK, 10 days for the USA), please send us your order number on the Live Chat or alternatively via  [e-mail] (UK and US) 

If you have ordered something and have not yet received notification of fulfilment via email after 3 days, please send us your order number on the Live Chat or alternatively via  [e-mail] (UK and US) 

An item is missing: If you have ordered more than 1 bulk box, they will be sent separately and therefore might arrive at different times, you can track each individual order on the 'Order Status' section on this Live Chat or alternatively navigate to your account. If you are unable to track part of your shipment, or it has been a long wait time, please send your order number and the missing item on this Live Chat or alternatively to  [e-mail] (UK and US)
