Orders generally take 48 hours to arrive (in the UK, one week for the USA and Germany), you can track your parcel via the 'Order Status' on your account.

An item is missing: If you have ordered more than 1 bulk box, they will be sent separately and therefore might arrive at different times, you can track each individual order on the 'Order Status' section on this Live Chat or alternatively navigate to your account. If you are unable to track part of your shipment, or it has been a long wait time, please send your order number and the missing item on this Live Chat or alternatively to customer.services@cheekypanda.com (UK and US)
