Order Issues - My order has not arrived

To check whether your subscription is active - visit your portal here (UK) (USA here) 

Do note that the date on your subscription is your charge date, not the delivery date.

Orders generally take 72 hours to arrive in the UK, 7 days for the USA (excluding public holidays)

You can track your parcel via the 'Order Status' on your account or via the tracking link sent by the email from the courier

If your order has been fulfilled (shipped) but has not arrived after 7 days for UK, 10 days for the USA, please send us your order number on the Live Chat or via [e-mail] 

If your subscription date has arrived, and you've not received notification of fulfillment email after 3 days, please send us your order number via [e-mail]
