Order Issues - I want to cancel my order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible! Our warehouse fulfills orders in the mornings and a dispatch email is sent to the customer. Our warehouse does not work Saturday-Sundays, if your order processes over the weekends/bank holidays please still do get in touch and our teams will look to cancel it on the next working day

The reason for that is that if the order has already been fulfilled and dispatched from our warehouse, we can no longer cancel it. I'm sorry!
